BOOK NOW! LEADERSHIP IN A DIGITAL AGE

Masterclasses will explore skills challenges for business leaders brought on by digital transformation

Curated by the Future Skills group, part of the Future of Consultancy workstream, the trio of virtual masterclasses will explore how business leaders and managers can adapt to a changing digital landscape and navigate the skills challenges created.

Bringing members together to share their insights and experiences, the sessions will also feature inspirational stories of success – as well as a few examples of failure – from across the world of business, and build on the recent work from the digital transformation group, Cutting Through the Hype.

Led by industry leaders from across the membership base, the masterclasses focus on people, technology and clients and will highlight the challenges and opportunities presented by digital pathways.

The series launches with an online event on 22 June (replay below) outlining how to navigate the digital skills gaps in the workforce, and the digital challenges for SMEs. Joining Lara Potter (Arcadis), chair of the ACE Future Skills group will be Jane Grant (WSP) , Steven Hale (Crofton), Andrew Henderson (Ramboll), and Emily Scoones (Ramboll). The interactive session will also introduce themes to be discussed across the three upcoming masterclasses on Tuesday 6 July on people, Tuesday 21 September on technology, and Wednesday 20 October on clients.

Lara Potter (Arcadis), said: “Our free-to-attend online events are a must-attend for business and digital leaders and managers, HR professionals and SMEs all grappling with the changing digital landscape and what it means for leadership.

“As well as celebrating great examples from our own industry, we’ll look outside to see how other sectors have successfully navigated the skills challenges brought on by digital transformation.”

“I look forward to seeing you there.”
