As a member of ACE, you have exclusive access to our specialist helplines, giving you the guidance and support when your business needs it most. Our helplines, provided in conjunction with our affiliate partners, give you access to experienced teams that can advise on HR and legal issues, as well as R&D tax relief.

The HR helpline, delivered by ACE’s CIPD qualified team, provides your organisation with advice and guidance on best practice across the full employee lifecycle – including recruitment, wellbeing, employee relations, and learning and development. Please note employment law advice is not covered by this service.

What is included: A free 20-minute consultation to discuss your query and receive advice and recommendations.

Whether it’s a second opinion, an ad hoc piece of advice, or clarification on a legal matter, affiliate Beale & Co can provide you with the guidance you need on a range of issues including appointments and collateral warranties, non-payment, issues on ongoing projects, health and safety, and commercial matters.

What is included: A free 20-minute consultation over the phone. This period excludes the review of any documents.
