PEOPLE FIRST CHARTER
This ACE initiative for the construction industry will be launched at UKREiiF.
SOCIAL VALUE CONFERENCE
The conference, open to ACE and EIC members, will explore why the industry is measuring social value, what is measured and how, and for how long social value is measured before, during and after a project.
CAMPAIGN (ROUNDTABLES)
The campaign is set to explore a range of hot topics including overcoming ageism, disability, gender, and the socio-economic barriers to more welcoming workplaces.
POLICY EVENTS
An opportunity to engage and influence with major clients, national and local government, and public sector and other key stakeholders.
Conference 2023
Bringing together the leaders of today to engage with and develop a 5 point plan in conjunction with the leaders of tomorrow, this event will help lead the industry to affect meaningful change.

In-person event for ACE at the Houses of Parliament in Westminster
These events compliment current and ongoing ACE engagement with the wider consultancy, engineering and construction sector, major clients, government, public sector, and other key stakeholders. ACELive events attracts attendees from across the UK and globally and guest speakers are subject matter experts from across the industry and beyond.

Thursday 18 May – People First Charter launch
In support of the Building Inclusivity campaign ACE will develop a cross-industry ED&I Charter for employers to commit to. The Charter will provide a positive benchmark for industry improvement and will launch with an in-person event in the Midlands on Wednesday 17 May.
Thursday 25 May – Building Inclusivity: Disability
The second online roundtable of the ACE/EIC campaign in 2023 explores disability in the workplace with a panel of subject matter experts and colleagues from member companies with lived experiences.

Thursday 22 June – Emerging Professionals Event
A to be defined in-person event for ACE’s Emerging Professionals exploring how to deliver meaningful change which challenges the status quo, in-turn helping the industry to meet ambitions around innovation and the climate. To be held at a TBC location in the Midlands

A to be defined in-person event for ACE’s Emerging Professionals exploring how to deliver meaningful change which challenges the status quo, in-turn helping the industry to meet ambitions around innovation and the climate. To be held at a TBC location in the Midlands.

As partners of the national industry campaign, ACE Group will hold two webinars – one aimed at ACE/EIC members, alongside a broader topic organised by Infrastructure Intelligence. Exact dates and themes TBC.

Thursday 18 January 2024 – Consultancy & Engineering Awards 2023
The awards celebrate the built environment’s outstanding people, projects and companies. It will take place in London in January 2024.
Q4 – Emerging Professional recognition event
End of year event recognising the contributions of emerging professionals to their 2023 programme. It will take place at a member’s offices.
