The draft revised National Planning Policy Framework incorporates previously consulted on proposals, as well as additional changes announced at Budget 2017, to make more land available for housing.

The response, led by ACE’s property group, suggests some alterations to ensure a vigorous and progressive outlook for our planning system. We believe that our proposals can deliver a sustainable approach to development, long into the future.
