CONSTRUCTION HEALTH AND SAFETY GROUP FULLY REOPENS POST LOCKDOWN

Training provider, holding charitable status, now offering distance and face-to-face learning.

The Construction Health and Safety Group (CHSG), like many other businesses, has faced significant challenges recently, but they are delighted to share that their training centre is now fully open for both face-to-face and distance learning training courses.

Having delivered affordable and quality training to the construction and associated industries for over 68 years, they pride themselves on providing the most effective and up-to-date courses. Not only in their delivery of accredited courses, but their team of dedicated trainers and staff are always looking at ways to develop new content and are always willing to design tailor-made courses for the bespoke needs of companies.

Debbie Clarkson, chief executive of CHSG said: "We have been working hard to prepare our training centre, the John Ryder Training Centre in Chertsey, for training under the new strict Government guidelines. Working together with the accredited course bodies we have ensured that our centre is compliant with the new COVID-19 regulations, meaning we can now offer a range of health, safety and wellbeing courses, using distance learning and limited numbers attending the centre for face-to-face courses."

As well as preparing their training centre, the team at CHSG have been developing a Construction Fire Safety Matrix for the construction and associated industries. Designed to identify and outline the roles and responsibilities of those involved in fire safety and prevention on construction projects, the team have made this available to all on their website.

Explore their website to find out more about the full-suite of training and programmes offered.
