The Construction Leadership Council (CLC) is looking for four industry sponsors to lead activity across its workstreams: Building Safety, Net Zero and Biodiversity, People and Skills and Next Generation Delivery.

As part of its desire to increase engagement with business leaders across the sector, it has launched an open recruitment competition to select the four sponsors who will help lead activity in the respective areas.

Applications close on 14 November and details can be found on the CLC website. The current timeframe for the application process is below:

• Closing Date for applications: Monday 14th November
• Interviews with short-listed applicants: w/c 21,28 November and 5th December
• Successful candidates informed: Early December
• Successful candidates publicly announced: w/c 12th December
