WEBINAR: DEFINING VALUE FOR GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT

The COVID-19 crisis has accelerated an understanding around some of the big issues our Future of Consultancy campaign is attempting to tackle. It has also revealed that a new normal is not only possible, but probable.

Our new webinar series explores how new business models, procurement, the future of the workplace and new technology have all been impacted by the current crisis.

Feeding into the next phase of the Future of Consultancy campaign, they will discuss how the last few weeks have made change more, not less, likely. All of this will make for an extremely relevant discussion on the future of your sector and workplace.

Defining value for government procurement

This webinar will build on ACE’s five capitals report. Led by Emma-Jane Houghton, Advisor to ACE and Keith Waller of the Construction Innovation Hub the session will explore the barriers to value-based procurement and introduce the Hub’s new Value Framework, which will enable whole-life value-led decision making.

As the path to economic recovery begins to take shape, a holistic approach to value must underpin every investment decision. To support this standpoint, industry must help to clearly define and champion value-led approaches over predominant lowest-cost-wins practices.
