Chief executive of the Association for Consultancy and Engineering (ACE), Dr Nelson Ogunshakin OBE comments on the chief executive of Crossrail, Andrew Wolstenholme’s resignation:

"The industry should join me in congratulating Andrew for all of his great work in moving the Crossrail project from conception to the construction phase.

"We hope that the industry has encouraged him to stay within the sector and that he’ll help to deliver the next stage of our national project pipeline as a man of his skills, talent and experience will be sorely missed. Whatever he has lined up for the future, we wish him all the best."
