The new paper from the Centre for London has set out some ideas on how London can unlock the delivery of more homes and the creation of better places through earlier, deeper and more honest engagement with the public.
ACE's Director of External Affairs, Julian Francis welcomed the Centre for London's 'Capital Homes' Report, saying, "ACE released 'Unlocking Housing' last year which called for better design and placemaking in a bid to invigorate local communities, and we are pleased that the Centre for London are echoing our proposals.
"It's important that stakeholders are committed to the call for better design, and we will continue to drive this forward through the APPG for Building Communities, and its current consultation into how the UK's productivity can be heightened by improving placemaking and design."
