The Association for Consultancy & Engineering (ACE) and Association of Consultant Architects (ACA) have come to a mutual agreement to end their joint venture partnership to promote the PPC Suite of Partnering Contracts.

The joint venture was established in 2013 as part of both industry bodies’ vision to encourage collaboration in areas of mutual interest and benefit; in which the work on the PPC2000, TPC2005 and SPC2000 contracts and related guidance were an important contribution to developing an understanding on how future industry sectors can work together.

ACA will continue to publish their Suite of Partnering Contracts and will also develop new forms of alliancing contracts in the future without ACE’s involvement.  

Dr Nelson Ogunshakin OBE, chief executive of ACE thanked ACA for their effort in getting the alliance established and wished them every success and the best of luck going forward.
