Sovereign Network Group (SNG) has appointed contractors to its new Contractor Framework for Affordable Homes.
The framework will support its planned regeneration and high‑rise, new‑build programmes, alongside its £10.9bn, 10‑year investment plan. Through this investment, it aim to deliver 25,000 new homes and regenerate existing communities.
The framework covers all SNG operating regions - London, the South East, South West, and East of England and – and is structured around regional value bands for projects valued at up to £15m, £15-£45m and more than £45m.
In total, the framework comprises 12 lots, with each region also including a construction management lot. The successful contractors appointed to the framework are:
