NOW BOOKING: FIRST LEADERSHIP IN A DIGITAL AGE MASTERCLASS

Join us for session exploring best-practices of digital working, leading a virtual team and creating trust, on 6 July

Following the launch of the Learning in a Digital Age series, the Future Skills group have outlined the content of the first masterclass on 6 July 2021.

The truly interactive online session focuses on people and will feature two facilitators co-chairing the sessions.

Together they will explore the key principles and best practice of digital working, how to lead a virtual team in a changing environment and what strategies can create trust and maximise performance.

Designed to focus on practical solutions, rather than conceptual discussions, attendees will receive a range of tools to download and take back to their own businesses, including a team alignment map to help plan the next steps for their teams on their digital journey. The session will also touch on key issues such as leading virtual teams and exploring hybrid working behaviours.

Joining Lara Potter chair of ACE’s Future Skills and director, workforce for the future at Arcadis, Jane Grant, director of learning and development at WSP, and Emily Mahoney, learning and development manager also at WSP.

Commenting on the event, ACE’s director of people, skills and culture, Claire Clifford said: “More than a webinar, the series is a masterclass in both name and function, and will provide attendees with a range of tools to deal with the new ways of working. These come highly recommended by ACE for all leaders, no matter the size of their business.”

The people masterclass is followed by sessions on technology in September and clients in October. Missed the first event? Get up-to-speed by replaying the launch event below.
