Our guest speaker Chris Conway of Translink Group  will give a short presentation on the current status of the five year project to create a new world class transport hub for Belfast.

At an estimated cost of in excess of £200m, around 400 jobs will be created in one of the largest construction projects taking place in Northern Ireland in recent times. Beginning in December 2019, this project will provide tremendous work for the civil, structural, and building services engineering professions and should be of great interest to all ACE members in Northern Ireland.

Translink Operate a fleet of 1,400 buses, coaches and trains in Northern Ireland. Glider operated by Translink (photo) is a rapid bus transit system in Belfast, designed to improve the efficiency of mass transit in the city by connecting East and West Belfast, and the Titanic Quarter, via the city centre.
