Group for next generation of industry leaders seeks new leads for Midlands and London

ACE’s Emerging Professionals are looking for two new regional leads for the Midlands and London regions.

Are you interested in being the voice of emerging professionals and shaping discussions on the future of our natural and built environment? We are seeking passionate, driven and collaborative-minded emerging professionals (with up to 10 years professionals experience) to lead our ACE Emerging Professionals regional committees in the regions.

Working closely with recently appointed chair, Wojciech Szewczak (Ramboll), appointees will form part of the leadership team for the group for the emerging generation of industry leaders, and will spearhead activity in their respective regions.

Not only will the lead play an important role in ensuring the group functions effectively, with active participation by all at meetings, but they will help shape a proactive and impactful programme of webinar and in-person events. In addition they will have an opportunity to input into group projects and, where relevant, work closely with ACE’s regional groups.

Candidates interested in finding out more about this volunteer role, can do so on our working for us pages and download the application form. The deadline for applications has been extended to COP Monday 28 March 2022. Please note that this vacancy is only open to people working for an ACE member.

Wojciech Szewczak, chair of ACE’s Emerging Professionals, said: “This is a great opportunity to join the team and help shape the future of this vital group. The roles not only provide an opportunity to develop valuable professional skills, but the opportunity to grow their own personal network, providing a platform to raise an individual’s profile through speaking opportunities, blogs and articles.”
