ACE REFRESHES MEMBER SUPPORT WITH LAUNCH OF NEW HELPLINES

Receive direct support and advice on HR issues, legal matters and R&D tax credits.

The Association for Consultancy and Engineering (ACE) has refreshed its member support with the launch of new helplines covering HR issues, legal matters, and R&D tax credits. 

The helplines will ensure anyone working for an ACE member firm can directly access specialist advice from experts at no extra charge. 

ACE’s own CIPD accredited HR team is on hand to provide up to 20 minutes of advice over the phone on people matters. The expertise of ACE's affiliates is also being shared with members Beale & Co are offering a free 20-minute consultation on legal matters and R&D tax specialists ForrestBrown, a 30-minute consultation.

Commenting on the launch of the new member helplines Karis Thain, head of membership engagement at ACE, said: “In response to member demand, we’re making it easier to directly access business critical support. Our helplines will put anyone working for a member in touch with the right experts in their fields. Whether it’s a people, legal or R&D tax issue, you can get the help you need, through ACE, at no extra cost to your company.” 

“As part of this offering, ACE’s own CIPD accredited team HR team will be providing advice and guidance on best practice across the full employee lifecycle – including recruitment, wellbeing, employee relations, and learning and development.” 

The helplines complement ACE’s existing member support offering with the regular publication of guidance on business-critical issues, people templates, and the option of participating in ACE’s forums and groups which specialise in member support such as the SMEHR and Legal and Commercial forums, as well as the Health & Safety group.
