PLANNING AND PROCUREMENT REFORM - DELIVERING THE NATION'S INFRASTRUCTURE
Building on the success of ACE’s Navigating COVID-19 and their own Coming out of COVID series in the spring and summer, the Infrastructure Intelligence Live webinar series will explore the key issues as our sector – and society – emerges from lockdown.
The UK economy has been badly shaken by Covid-19 and there will be more aftershocks to come. We need infrastructure investment to power the country’s recovery but, for that to happen, the right conditions for creating confidence, stimulating investment, and enabling projects to move forward will be crucial.
Recent research has highlighted the imperative of certainty in the planning process and many in the industry argue that the importance of the right decision-making framework for infrastructure investment is more clearly needed than ever before. This webinar will look at the role of planning and procurement reform in delivering the UK’s infrastructure, what needs to be done and how we make progress.
This webinar will take place on Friday 6 November at 11am.
