With more speakers to be announced soon.

Matt Palmer, Executive Director of Lower Thames Crossing
Matt has over 30 years’ experience in design, project and programme management, and business change, with a strong track record leading major investment programmes in the UK and internationally.
He joined National Highways in July 2020 as Executive Director for the Lower Thames Crossing, the most ambitious road investment since the M25. Recently granted government consent, it is the first major infrastructure project in 15 years not to face legal challenge, thanks to a focus on local communities and sustainability. The scheme will be delivered carbon neutral and is set to be the “Greenest Road.”
Previously, Matt was Development Director at Heathrow, leading the third runway scheme and contributing to Terminals 2 and 5.
