The hunt for the stars of the infrastructure industry is now on as the Consultancy and Engineering Awards 2026 launches and is open for entries. Hosted by the Association for Consultancy and Engineering Group (ACE), and sponsored by Autodesk and Project Works, the revamped awards celebrate the people, consultancies, partnerships, and projects that are driving the future of the UK’s infrastructure, buildings, and places. With 16 award categories, and a prestigious new Kingdom Brunel Award, ACE will champion excellence in the sector. They will celebrate outstanding apprentices, emerging talent, life-long contributions and the projects that have made a real commercial, social, and environmental difference. Two new flagship awards have been introduced, taking the Consultancy and Engineering Awards to a new level of prestige. The new Kingdom Brunel Award will honour exceptional achievement across the consultancy and engineering sector and is reserved for the single most impressive nomination of the year. ACE’s judging panel will select the entry that best demonstrates real excellence, innovation and leadership. Winning this award shows that your organisation is setting the standard for the sector. In addition to this, the new Nina Cameron Graham Award, named after the first woman in Britain to receive a degree in engineering, will recognise and celebrate the achievements of women in engineering consultancy. This builds on industry’s efforts to attract women into the sector and whilst female representation is growing it is simply doing so at a slow rate. Milda Manomaityte, CEO of ACE, said: “This is the start of a new and exciting chapter for our awards. The Consultancy and Engineering Awards have now been refreshed to better reflect the ambition, innovation, and impact of our industry. We will celebrate the fantastic projects and the brilliant people and leaders who are shaping the future of our industry. We are looking forward to seeing the diverse and high-quality entries that will showcase excellence in our industry.”
The deadline for entry is 22 May 2026, it’s free to enter and open to all, regardless of whether they are a member of ACE or EIC.
