WATERMAN EXPANDS MIDLANDS FOOTPRINT WITH NEW BIRMINGHAM OFFICE

Multidisciplinary consultancy Waterman Group has relocated its Midlands team to new offices in Birmingham.

The move to 60 Church Street reinforces its long-term commitment to the Midlands and supports the continued growth of the business.

The new premises are in the heart of Birmingham’s Colmore Business District, with the office forming part of the £160m Snow Hill redevelopment, just minutes from Snow Hill and New Street stations. 

Waterman employs 50 employees in the Birmingham office with 250 employees seconded in the region. It has moved to the new office from its former site at  One Cornwall Street.

Its multidisciplinary team delivers secondment alongside environmental and engineering consultancy services for a wide range of high-profile schemes and frameworks across a multitude of sectors.

Highlights include the Birmingham Commonwealth Games 2022, The Bullring shopping centre, industrial schemes for Aviva and Legal & General, Dudley Bus Interchange and Coventry University’s Delia Derbyshire Faculty of Arts and Humanities.
