Progress Network Midlands hosted a roundtable discussion on ‘Strategic Growth and Change Management in the Infrastructure Industry’ on 26 April 2018 at Ramboll, Birmingham.

Experts from engineering, investment, law and change management firms shared their experiences and expertise in this area with Midland’s emerging professionals. The three major points of discussion in the round table were:

• Alternative growth strategies
• The due diligence process
• Post-merger integration

Dr Nelson Ogunshakin OBE was the guest of honour for the evening. He shared his extensive experience of the industry and reinforced important takeaways for attendees. The discussion was facilitated by Rajiv Sudan of WYG and the chair of ACE’s membership group. The discussion was followed by a networking session with drinks and canapes.
