Novation is the process of transferring the consultant's appointment from an old client to a new one. Our guidance has been prepared to assist ACE members who are involved in the negotiation of contracts and contractual terms and conditions. Written by industry experts, the good practice guide explores various issues connected with novation in turn, explains the risks, and gives members practical advice on the next steps.

The webinar took place on 26 September 2018 and featured Henry Pipe senior partner at Max Fordham and chair of ACE's Legal and Commercial forum, as well as  Nadir Hasan, solicitor at affiliate Beale & Co, co-hosted the webinar on behalf of ACE.
