EXPLORING THE GLOBAL MARKETS OF THE FUTURE

CAMPAIGN RESEARCH HIGHLIGHTS OPPORTUNITIES FOR UK FIRMS

One of three new reports released at our Future of Consultancy launch event in London, the document highlights opportunities for UK engineering and consultancy firms focused on global infrastructure and construction sectors.

As part of the Global Export Strategy strand of the Future of Consultancy campaign, we asked Global Construction Perspectives and Oxford Economics to explore the market opportunities for our industry around the world.

The report provides an initial priority list of markets which could provide the basis of an export strategy for UK engineering and consultancy firms focused on global infrastructure and construction sectors, exploring data-led asset performance, delivering integrated projects and planning and placemaking.

The report’s findings were tested and agreed in a roundtable discussion with business leaders from across the spectrum of UK consultancy and engineering, brought together by the ACE’s International Business group.
