BUILDING ON BROWNFIELD HIGHLIGHTS POTENTIAL FOR DERELICT LAND

EIC launches new report at Contamination Expo in Birmingham

ACE's sister organisation, the Environmental Industries Commission (EIC), has launched a new report exploring the potential for brownfield development in the UK.

Building on Brownfield offers a set of policy recommendations to improve the environment for brownfield development and has been released at Contamination Expo at the NEC in Birmingham. The report highlights how land can be safely prepared for building use, can help solve the housing crisis and the lack of enforcement of existing regulations in this space.

The full report is available to download now below. Please visit the EIC website for more on their work in this area.
