We welcome new recruits to help ACE continue to meet member needs

To ensure ACE is best placed to meet members’ needs, a changes have been made to the policy and membership teams.

Head of Policy, Guto Davies now leads the Policy Team and has successfully recruited for two new roles.

ACE is pleased to welcome back Gareth Lonie as Regional Policy Manager. He previously worked at ACE between 2019 and 2021, and returns to lead engagement with the devolved nations and regions and is now based in Edinburgh.

Adora Udechukwu joins as a Policy Researcher at the end of the month. Meanwhile, Paul Barnes, who previously supported the delivery of ACE’s Benchmarking study, has also been appointed a Policy Researcher.

Michael Lunn now has a broadened remit covering both ACE and EIC as Public Affairs executive. These changes follow the departure in December last year of former Director of Policy, Matthew Farrow who left to explore a new external opportunity.

Changes are also coming to the Membership team to help it better serve members.

Karis Thain becomes Head of Membership Engagement and continues to lead the team, while Chetna Gorasia is now Events and Groups Coordinator and Jessica Harris is Central Membership Coordinator.

In addition to these roles, the team is recruiting for a new Membership Manager, as well as a Regional Membership Coordinator.

Commenting on the changes, interim CEO Laurence Brett said: “We are pleased to welcome new faces to the organisation to continue to help us serve our members.”
