WEBINAR: PREPARING FOR BREXIT

WEBINAR: PREPARING FOR BREXIT

Member-only webinar on 17 January will explore various Brexit outcomes and what they mean for members.

ACE, in partnership with Civil Engineering Contractors Association (CECA) and the Construction Products Association (CPA), is hosting an exclusive webinar for its members on Brexit. As the clock ticks down to Brexit Day, and with little sign of agreement in Westminster, yet alone with Brussels, the prospect of the UK exiting in a “no deal” scenario is becoming ever more real.

With all of this in mind, all businesses will need to make difficult decisions in the coming weeks as we approach Brexit Day.

Joining ACE’s chief executive Hannah Vickers will be Geoffrey Spence (former Global Head of Infrastructure, Resources & Energy at Lloyds Bank and head of Infrastructure UK), Alasdair Reisner (chief executive at CECA) and Noble Francis (Economics Director at the Construction Products Association).

Coming a couple of days after the vote on Theresa May’s “deal” in Parliament, we will explore the weeks ahead, what various scenarios mean for businesses and the impact on potential contingency plans.

The hour-long webinar takes place on 17 January 2019 at 12.00pm. It complements a full-suite of member-only Brexit Briefings which ACE has produced since the outcome of the referendum.

Although the webinar is free to participate in places are limited to ensure its smooth running and available on a first come, first served basis to all ACE, CECA and CPA members.
