With over 20 years experience in planning in both the private and public sectors, Richard leads CBRE's work on the development of HS2's Solihull's interchange station. Maria leads Midlands Connect, the group formed to explore, develop and recommend the transport projects that provide the biggest possible economic and social benefits for the Midlands.
