This will tackle the hot topics of unconscious bias, closing the gap in gender pay and sexual harassment.

With an expert psychologist as guest speaker and workshops run by ACE affiliate Pennington Manches' employment team, this will be an interactive half-day conference. 

The conference runs in Reading on 20 November and in London on 29 November, and is free for ACE members to attend, subject to availability.
