SME Advisory Council

We would like to invite you to the third and final SME meeting of 2025 - which will be a workshop on Value-based procurement. 

We are pleased to announce that we will be joined by:

• Matthew Browne, Deputy Director in the Markets, Sourcing and Suppliers Team, Cabinet Office - who will discuss the Public Interest Test as part of the Sourcing Playbook - + Matthew’s colleague who will cover how the Cabinet Office is supporting SMEs.

• Keith Coleman, Assistant Director of Procurement at Orbis Partnership (a partnership of 3 local authorities aiming to deliver better procurement).
