Legal and Commercial Group

The Legal and Commercial Group addresses legal, commercial, liability, risk, and insurance issues for members and helps ACE shape support in these areas. It uniquely includes external experts, such as specialist legal firms, to provide early insights and tackle industry-wide challenges. The group also monitors professional indemnity insurance and legal developments, offering expert guidance to members.
