Employment Rights Act Update: Navigating the New Landscape

Key reforms that are set to reshape the employment law landscape include: the extension of employment tribunal limitation periods, changes to trade union law, the introduction of new employer liability for third-party harassment in the workplace, the lifting of the cap on unfair dismissal compensation, and the reduction in the period of qualifying service needed to bring an unfair dismissal claim.
