In most organisations today, change has become a core part of everyday life, thus, change management has become an important skill which can offer numerous benefits to those who know how to execute it properly.

Organised by the ACE Midlands Emerging Professionals as part of our ‘Future of Consultancy’ campaign, this event has been carefully designed to help young professionals understand and navigate change within the work environment.

Speakers include:

Nora Taylor has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry. Beginning with on-site roles as a quantity surveyor she progressed into management consultancy at Arcadis, transforming business performance through people for clients as diverse as GlaxoSmithKline, Heathrow Airport, Balfour Beatty, and Lloyds Bank. Nora is currently the Account Leader for Highways England at Arcadis, a role that allows her to combine her years of experience in construction with both her talent for leading change, and her passion for championing the importance of inter-personal and behavioural skills in delivering the future of the industry.

Ayrton Dhillon is an enthusiastic young professional, who has been with Arcadis for the past year and a half. In this time he has delivered a wide range of change, programme and analytics projects with clients including Stansted Airport, Virgin Media, Network Rail, Buckingham Palace, and the Digital Railway Programme (in Network Rail). While Ayrton is new to management consulting, he is keen to leverage his academic and professional background to provide sector and business insight, with a BA Hons Land Economy degree from Cambridge University, programme management certification, and experience in the Prop-Tech industry prior to joining Arcadis.

Calvin Chan joined Business Transformation in 2017 and has worked on a range of different change management projects across different sectors including Road, Rail, Trams and Water. He has worked with different clients including Network Rail, Digital Railway, Lower Thames Crossing, Midland Metro Limited and Affinity Water. Calvin focuses on people at the heart of delivering change and brings them along in the journey.

Following the event, attendees will be given an opportunity to network with one another and refreshments will be provided.
