As part of the team at Allora Infrastructure, he specialises in defining outcome focused delivery strategies for major capital programmes and, in implementing best-in-class integrated delivery models, underpinned by aligned commercial and contracting strategies. Through leadership roles on major capital programmes, and as a strategic advisor, Will has delivered strategic change within asset-intensive organisations and major infrastructure programmes across the UK and Australia.
