Tracy Brabin

Role: Mayor of West Yorkshire

In May 2024, Tracy Brabin was re-elected as the Mayor of West Yorkshire. Building on her first term success, she is using her devolved powers to build more affordable homes, tackle unreliable transport, help people into work, bring down energy bills, back businesses to grow and create safer communities.

She works together with the Mayoral Combined Authority, council leaders, business representatives and partners for the benefit of the whole West Yorkshire region. She will deliver a keynote address at the Delivering Infrastructure 2050 Conference exploring how devolution can drive faster decision-making, deliver improved public services and economic growth grounded in local needs, offering valuable insights for leaders shaping the future of UK infrastructure
