WEBINAR: PREPARING FOR BREXIT II

WEBINAR: PREPARING FOR BREXIT II

With politicians in Westminster participating in a key vote on Brexit on Tuesday, we return with the second Preparing for Brexit webinar to help you cut through the noise and focus on what’s important for your business.

Taking place on Thursday 31 January 2019 at 12.00pm, the live webinar will help you to take the tangible steps to prepare for a ‘no deal’ Brexit and ensure your company has made the necessary contingency arrangements.  With little consensus in parliament for a specific deal, the prospect of leaving on WTO terms has become a more realistic outcome as the clock ticks towards 29 March 2019.

Joining Hannah Vickers (Chief Executive, ACE) and Julian Francis (Director of Policy and Public Affairs, ACE) are Siobhan Aarons (Global Customs & Trade Counsel, Delphi Technology) who will explore what leaving on WTO terms means, while Will Buckby (Partner, Beale & Co) will discuss key contractual issues. Once again, Geoffrey Spence (former SPAD and head of Infrastructure UK) will provide his insight gleaned from working within the heart of the civil service and government.

The webinar is free to attend for all ACE, EIC, CECA and CPA members, however, to ensure its smooth running places a limited on a first come, first served basis.

This webinar follows our first in the series which took place last week, replay it now. It complements a full-suite of member-only Brexit Briefings which ACE has produced since the outcome of the referendum.
