Arcadis has appointed Nick Jones as transformational change director, focusing on leading major transformation programmes across its UK portfolio of key clients.

Working across multiple industries, Jones will work with clients to reposition their businesses for the future and sharpen their competitive advantage – particularly pertinent during these challenging times and the economic realignment that will likely follow.

Jones brings 17 years of cross-sector experience both in consulting where he worked for KPMG, Corven and Molten, and supported clients including BP, Shell, RWE and HSBC and more recently in industry with National Grid and Veon.

While Jones has a cross-sector background, he specialises in the energy and utilities market and recently also held the role as Head of UK Change for National Grid. His new role will see him supporting clients across the utilities, infrastructure and industrial sectors.

Jones said: “I am excited to be joining Arcadis and look forward to working collaboratively to deliver the best outcomes for our clients. It is a very interesting time right across all industries for obvious reasons and many of our clients are already looking at transforming their ways of working to adjust to what will become the new normal post the current lockdown. I look forward to helping navigate and address those challenges as we move forward.”

Greg Bradley, UK managing director of business transformation at Arcadis, added: “Our clients need to be in the best possible position for success in a post-Covid-19 world and, in these unprecedented times, it is more important than ever that we continue to respond to increasing demand for transformation delivery. Nick’s experience will further strengthen our capability to help clients transform their business, improve performance and drive growth. We’re delighted to have Nick on board.”
