ACE EMERGING PROFESSIONALS WELCOME NEW REGIONAL CHAIRS

ACE Emerging Professionals, the group for emerging business leaders in the built environment, has named three new regional leads.

Victoria Trudgill (Atkins) has been appointed regional lead for London, with Charlotte Kiernan (AECOM) and Antonio Vinti (AECOM) appointed regional co-chairs in the Midlands.

These new roles will support ACE Emerging Professionals' strategy for regional expansion to better serve the next generation working in the built environment. With a strong background in sustainability and digital in their day-to-day roles, they will actively promote regional networking opportunities and engage with relevant regional activity at ACE.

Commenting on the new appointments, chair of ACE Emerging Professionals Wojciech Szewczak said: “I’m delighted to welcome Victoria, Charlotte and Antonio to their new roles and look forward to working closely with them as we aim to grow our activity and impact across the UK.”

The group has outlined a four-pronged strategy which focuses on growing emerging professionals’ presence and voice on sustainability, digital transformation, EDI and the future of the workplace. As well as helping to shape and influence ACE activity in these areas, the group will undertake its own projects in these spaces too.

Wojciech added: “This news is a great opportunity to remind everyone of the benefits of becoming involved. No matter your role in the built environment, or where you live and work, we want to create opportunities for you to grow your own knowledge, professional network and be at the forefront identifying emerging trends and future opportunities. If you’d like to get involved in the work of one of our committees, we’d love to hear from you.”

ACE Emerging Professionals are currently searching for new leads in Wales and Scotland to join the team.
