New series explores how the 'new normal' makes change more, not less, likely

The COVID-19 crisis has accelerated an understanding around some of the big issues our Future of Consultancy campaign is attempting to tackle. It has also revealed that a new normal is not only possible, but probable.

Our new webinar series explores how new business models, procurement, the future of the workplace and new technology have all been impacted by the current crisis.

Feeding into the next phase of the Future of Consultancy campaign, they will discuss how the last few weeks have made change more, not less, likely. All of this will make for an extremely relevant discussion on the future of your sector and workplace.

Connecting technology to outcomes
Joining Craig Huntbatch, ACE vice chair (Future of Consultancy) is Richard Shennan, Mott MacDonald and Dr Marzia Bolpagni who will share insight on which technologies truly add value to what we create.

Future of the workplace

Building on ACE’s five capitals report, Emma-Jane Houghton, Advisor to ACE and Keith Waller of the Construction Innovation Hub the session will explore the barriers to value-based procurement and introduce the Hub’s new Value Framework, which will enable whole-life value-led decision making.
