Mark Enzer, Chief Technology Officer at Mott MacDonald and Andrew Croft, Senior Associate at Beale & Co joined Hannah Vickers for an hour-long look at the changes needed to business models and contracts in order to make them fit for an evolving industry.

Hannah and her panel discussed how digital transformation and the modernisation of the construction industry will disrupt the current business models deployed by consultancy firms. With no mechanism currently in place to reward the use of data or the development of digital tools in our current model, it is evident that in order for the industry to embrace the opportunities open to us for the benefit of our clients we need to define the business models of the future which provide value, incentivise quality and innovation delivered by sustainable businesses.
