ACE SHARES NEW THREE YEAR CORPORATE PLAN

Document outlines priorities for association up to 2023. Yearly Activity Plan also published.

ACE is delighted to share its new Corporate Plan for 2020 to 2023. Outlining the priorities and work themes for the organisation, the Plan provides a framework for activity over the next three years.

Mirroring roles at a board level, work is split into three structured work streams – serving members (immediate support), voice of consultancy (over next one to three years), and future of consultancy (thee to ten years ahead). Within each are a series of groups and forums to cover different areas and offering a range of opportunities for member engagement.

Accompanying the document is a three year thematic work programme which outlines multi-year projects and campaigns, as well as offering an overview of activity over the next 12 months. This Activity Plan will be updated every year as the Corporate Plan progresses.

ACE will soon be updating the website to reflect the new group structure and associated meetings, please bear with us until this work is completed.

Commenting on its launch, ACE chief executive Hannah Vickers said: “I’m delighted to share our new Corporate Plan. Covering a crucial moment for the industry as we move from crisis to post-pandemic recovery, the work and themes outlined will ensure all our members – no matter how large or small – are in the best possible position to succeed.”

“The new Board and group structure will mean we have a slimmed down and responsive decision-making process at Board level, as well as providing a breadth of opportunities for members to engage with our work.”

“All of this means ACE will be in the best possible position to deliver its vision of nurturing the political, economic and commercial environment that ensures consultancy and engineering businesses thrive and help to make the world a better place.”
