Identifying and understanding the Client's needs are arguably the most important aspects of advisory consulting. Client needs and priorities can be; functionality of end product, safety, quality, budget and completion time, and without understanding and appreciating these needs, effective collaboration and project delivery is impossible.

This seminar shall explore the importance of understanding a Client's needs, identifying effective ways of reporting.
