To strengthen the consultancy and engineering sectors, it is vital that we consider the markets not only in the UK, but also export markets globally.
This workstream will examine where in the world we can add UK consultancy and engineering expertise to give the most value, and what is the most productive and expedient route into these markets.
We will be working with government and those who provide advice and support to consultants wishing to work overseas, to provide vital information and guidance to enable consultants to work confidently and successfully in markets outside of the UK.
Over the coming months ACE will lead on a number of activities to bring together members, industry stakeholders and clients from the private and public sectors to examine this area and work in collaboration to achieve the common goal.
These activities include public affairs/relations activity, briefings and reports, seminars and conferences, breakfast roundtable debates, and sector interest group meetings, and events at which emerging professionals can discuss and identify what their future in consultancy looks like.
