  The Engineer looks at opportunities in engineering consultancies
 

The Engineer has reported on the opportunity that large engineering consultancy firms offer staff to work across a variety of sectors.

Association for Consultancy and Engineering chief executive Nelson Ogunshakin tol the magazine that there are a number of causes for optimism in the sector, thanks to developments such as the National Infrastructure Plan, while issues remain to be resolved, saying: "The challenge is how quickly can we unpack the National Infrastructure Plan, and will the finance be available to make those projects viable?"
