Shepherd Construction is set to build two new academies in Lincolnshire through the Partnership for Schools framework.
The York-based firm will build the £12 million Priory Ruskin Academy at Grantham and the £9 million University Academy Holbeach for Lincolnshire County Council.
Should planning permission be secured, work on the 90,000 sq ft Priory Ruskin Academy will begin in February 2012 while the University Academy Holbeach development is set to start in April.
Peter Bates, programme director for Shepherd Construction, said: "We're delighted to have won this contract and look forward to delivering facilities that will match the vision for both academies by providing an ideal learning environment that will promote achievement, personal development and opportunities for progression."
The deal means that all contracts for the initial 16 academies pledged by the government after the schools reviews have been signed.
Construction firms Balfour Beatty, Kier, Wates, Bam, Apollo and McAlpine have been selected to build the remaining academies.
