Sebastian Ailioaie is ACE's E-Business Manager. He is in charge with ACE Anywhere. This comprises of all ACE Systems: hosted desktops, local PCs and servers, networking infrastructure, databases and software packages, websites and hosting, mobile operators etc. His top goal for ACE Anywhere is to run smoothly, providing good value for money, low capital expenditure and always support what ACE tries to achieve.
In addition to this Sebastian is also looking after Total Data Quality Management, Knowledge Management and provides support for all New Media initiatives. He supervises the digital aspects of all ACE's projects and advises the company on its digital strategy.
Sebastian is also heading ACE E-Business which is a programme consisting of a series of business lines offered either as part of the membership benefits on an exclusive basis (ACE Find a Consultant, MY ACE) or to the general public (ACE Digital Agreements, ACE Recruit, ACE Bookshop).
Prior to working with ACE, Sebastian has been Team Leader of MEGANEXUS LTD where he spearheaded £500k worth of project implementations within a large number of local and central government bodies, charities, universities and other public sector actors in London and across the South-East. He has been one of the first employees and a Division Manager of Interakt Online, a software tools company, and was instrumental in its acquisition by ADOBE Systems Inc. Sebastian has been CTO and Co-Founder of Filelater, acquired by Banks.com (NYSE AMEX: BNX).
Sebastian is a PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner (2009), MBCS (Member of the British Computer Society - 2006). He holds a M.Sc. in E-Commerce (Magna Cum Laudae) from the University of San Diego (2002), an M.A. Political Science in E-Government from Central European University (2001), a LL.B. License in Law from University of Bucharest (2003) and a B.A. in International Business (Honors) from Academy of Economic Studies (2000). He is the recipient of many honors, scholarships and awards including Beta Gamma Sigma – A major recognition for scholastic achievements of business students, Fulbright Junior Fellowship awarded by the US Department of State and George Soros Fellowship for young leaders from Central and Eastern Europe.
