Press report on Pensions paper   Enlarge Several publications, including Investment & Pensions Europe and NCE, have reported ACE's proposals for supporting pension fund investment. The paper looked at the potential for pooling resources to invest in infrastructure and some of the cultural and structural challenges that would need to be resolved over the long term. These include the relative small scale of many pensions in the UK, and a regulatory focus on minimising risk.
