Michael joined ACE in 2008, initially managing the policy and sector portfolio. His role now also encompasses overseeing ACE’s communications, media and external affairs activities. As well as leading policy and communications activities, his role also involves supporting ACE’s regional and international work, and also developing ACE’s quality management system. Prior to joining ACE, Michael spent three years in a research role with EEF, supporting membership services and representational activities. Michael qualified as a science teacher in 2004, and holds a BScEd in educational studies and science education from the University of Exeter. Michael is married and lives in Hampshire.
