The scheme provides member firms with greater choice, greater protection and better value and is underpined by an ACE Charter of PI Insurance Standards which sets out minimum terms and conditions that members can expect. Each of the three brokers has given a commitment to provide superior levels of service in delivering the terms and conditions and all are working to a set of minimum service standards.
