The Infrastructure Conditions of Contract Development Forum has published amendments to the Infrastructure Conditions of Contract Payment Provisions.
The Sponsoring Bodies of the Infrastructure Conditions of Contract have approved the amendments which clarify the payment provisions within the following Versions:
Measurement Version
Design and Construct Version
Term Version
Ground Investigation Version
Minor Works Version
Target Cost Version
It is recommended that these amendments are incorporated into all contracts entered into on or after 1 October 2011.
