As part of this he produces ACE’s annual State of Business publication, the Quarterly Economic Snapshot, and both the ACE Benchmarking and Benchmarking Lite products. To help develop the industry policy agenda, Graham manages ACE’s Sector Interest Groups, and contributes to ACE’s representational activities. Prior to working at ACE Graham worked for an independent energy consultancy on a variety of projects including: research for E-control (concerning the economic and financial case for ownership unbundling); the European Commission (EC) on EU wholesale market liquidity and efficiency; and market analysis for an EU regulator on the cost comparison and benchmarking of compressor and pipeline projects. In addition to this he has also worked at HM Treasury as part of the macroeconomic analysis team and the household sector branch.
