Exclusive rental homes to get refurb

Two addresses owned by the Chelsea-based property investment company Cadogan Estates are to be refurbished.

Viscount Chelsea, who recently took control of the firm from his father the Earl of Cadogan, has chosen ISG to carry out the £3.3 million projects at 123 Sloane Street and 12 Herbert Crescent in London.

The 22-week scheme at Sloane Street will involve the reconfiguration of the internal layout to strict English Heritage guidelines, including the lowering of the floor level in the basement to increase headroom.

At Herbert Crescent ISG will strip back the interior to create a high quality, contemporary residence over 44 week.

Grahame Roberts, divisional managing director of ISG Fit Out, said: "The quality of the completed refurbishments combined with their stunning locations will place these properties amongst the most prestigious rental accommodation in the world."

Cadogan Estates is one of London's most influential landlords and owns large swathes of the wealthy borough of Chelsea and Kensington.
